The Good Food Company sticky black rice is an heirloom product. It gets itís beautiful black colour from itís constituent anti-oxidant called Anthocyanin and is a rare superfood. It is rich in protein, anti-oxidants, fibre, calcium and iron. Soak for 5-6 hours before cooking. Add 3 cups of water to 1 cup of rice and cook for about 15 minutes in a pressure cooker.
